In July 2007 Ramsdens acquired Leeds Cheque Exchange in The Merrion Centre, Leeds City Centre.

The branch is the first to be opened within Leeds Centre. The store wa re-branded Ramsdens4Cash and all of Ramsdens services were introduced to complement the cheque cashing and payday advance side of the business. These services include foreign currency, western union and buying in scrap gold.
