We’re seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team. Starting pay is £12.60 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £12.80 per hour.

Job responsibilities

We are keen to employ a passionate individual who cares about customers and strives to always deliver a top-class service level in their team.

Key Duties and Tasks:

• Assist with jewellery processing using the appropriate systems and guidance
• Deal with any branch queries relating to product
• Deal with any incoming customer queries ensuring resolution is reached
• Clean jewellery using the appropriate equipment following Health & Safety guidance instructions
• Deal with internal queries regarding quality of the cleaning, and address any re-clean or any other issues
• Prioritise cleaning workload in line with line manager instructions ensuring KPI’s are met and there are no bottlenecks

You must be willing to work 37.5 hours per week. (5 days per week Monday to Friday)
