COVID Secure Statement

Ramsdens has undertaken risk assessments at each of its locations prior the location being re-opened to trade in accordance with the Company’s policy to manage the risks presented by Covid 19. 

Each store is different in size and layout. All staff members in store or head office have been trained in setting up and working in their work location for their own safety, their colleagues, our customers and therefore society at large. 

Branches are able to operate observing social distancing guidelines and will limit the number of customers in the store, dependent upon floor space. There will be designated waiting areas, if the size of the location allows and designated serving position(s). The co-operation of our customers in following the social distancing guidelines whilst using Ramsdens is much appreciated.

We have also introduced a robust policy of enhanced hygiene to ensure that all our premises are cleaned prior to trade and throughout the day to minimise the risk to both our staff, customers and visitors.

Our priority continues to be the safety of our customers and our staff at all times.
